Every Sunday morning, the Calvary community gathers in celebration around the Lord's Table. People also are welcome and encouraged to come together and share in the following meals:
Sunday Breakfast
From 7:00 to 8:40 a.m., a warm breakfast including biscuits, bacon,
and eggs, prepared by volunteers, and kid-friendly cereals is served
in the Mural Room. The cost is $5 per person. Proceeds benefit
the Community Breakfast, which
feeds over 100 homeless and hungry guests each Sunday.
The first Sunday of every month (except during Lent), a delicious brunch is served in the Mural Room following the 10:15 a.m. education hour and again following the 11:15 a.m. service. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 12 and under, and a family maximum of $25.
- Next Brunch: June 1
After the 11:15 a.m. service on Sundays, people gather in the Great Hall to enjoy coffee and fellowship. This is a wonderful opportunity for the Calvary community to greet old friends and make new ones and to visit with members of the clergy.
When Koinonia, Calvary's evening program of dinner, worship, classes, and choir rehearsals, is in session, dinner is offered in the Mural Room from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. The meal includes an expansive salad bar, soup, hot entree with sides, kid-friendly items (for example, pizza, chicken fingers, PBJ sandwiches), dessert, and water, tea, and coffee. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 12 and under, and a family maximum of $20.
